COOKED AS A GOAT is a brand started by Michael Roos, an EWU Alumni and football player from 2001-04 whose name you might recognize from our famous Roos Field.

COOKED AS A GOAT isn’t just a brand. It is a mindset: Going all in. Living life to the fullest. Saying ‘yes’ to the fun. Being present. Getting COOKED!
It doesn’t matter what you’re doing: hitting the gym, running a race, a golf trip with your friends, or just living life!
LIVE FULL. SAY YES. COMMIT. BE PRESENT. GO ALL IN. GO ALL OUT.
That is the COOKED life. Life Well-Done.
