In the email you receive from the EWU Eagle Store, click on your personal link to Collect. Some departments have a specified person to collect adoptions, in this case you won’t get an email but will turn in your adoption to this specified person.
Send your email request to [email protected], be sure to include your course information (the department, course number and section number, i.e. HIST 101-001).
No, adoptions do not carry forward automatically. There are many changes from term to term and the EWU Eagle Store does not want to assume that things will remain the same. You may reach out to [email protected] and express an interest in repeating an adoption for future terms.

Courseware is custom digital course material created by an instructor in collaboration with the publisher. These materials often include an ebook and additional digital components, such as MyLab, Connect, and MindTap. Most often, these digital materials are required to complete homework assignments, quizzes, labs, or tests. To set up Courseware reach out to your publisher rep and they can help you set it up.

The Eagle Store will manually opt in late-add students, it may take a few days before they have access to the material. If a student needs access, they can email [email protected], they need to include the department, course number, and section number (i.e. HIST 101-001)
There are two different ways you can submit an adoption for a cross listed class. The first way is to just submit an individual adoption for each class. The second way is to submit an adoption for one of the classes and in the notes add “Cross listed classes…” and list every class and section this adoption also applies for.
