• The Eagle Store is owned and operated by EWU; all revenue brought in by the Eagle Store goes back into the University.
• The Eagle Store is a tenant in the PUB and pays rent for its space in the building.
• The Eagle Store has helped raise over $16,000 for EWU Scholarships since 2012.

• Select standard shipping if you live in WA state or the greater Spokane area. You will receive regular UPS shipping items within 1-2 business days from the date it was shipped.
• UPS 2nd Day Air is best for those who live out of state and need their items rushed.

In Store Returns:

• To return an item for a full refund you will need your original receipt and tags.
• If you do not have your receipt or the item was a gift you will receive in store credit only for the most recent value of the item.

Online Order Returns:

• Online purchases may be returned in store without a receipt. We will credit your original online transaction. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to process.
